The Ostermans
The Osterman's home was the first permit issued in Louisville for the Marshall Fire rebuilds. To be entrusted with some of the rebuilds from that devastating fire was a humbling experience. They have amazing taste and we are very pleased with the way it turned out.
Deerfield
Deerfield was New Leaf's first custom spec home. Built and designed from the ground up, it stands as a great example of what planning and craftsmanship can achieve when integrated properly.
Hygiene
The Hygiene project was a complete remodel spec in Hygiene, CO. A beautiful horse property on acreage now with modern amenities throughout.
Foxhaven
Foxhaven was designed by our team to have a primary suite on the main floor and a junior primary on the 2nd floor. Custom cabinetry, woodwork, and high end fixtures allowed our subcontractors a chance to show off their craftsmanship.
